Why is there so much opposition to the two-class system of the Watchtower?

Question from a viewer: Does John 14:1-3 teach Christians have a 'heavenly hope,' (an arcane phrase known only by those familiar with Jehovah's Witness theology). Make a video on it. Why is there so much opposition to the "2 class" teaching of the Watchtower?
